Who We Help
We assist financially distressed businesses, directors, shareholders, and individuals with tailor-made strategies to turn the business around to a cash flow positive. We always work in the best interests of our clients and provide informal, equitable, and effective solutions for all parties involved.
How We Work
We quickly establish the financial position of the business and obligations of the directors after examining the company financials. We provide a cost-effective way to restructure the company balance sheet and minimize the impact on a director, should they have traded whilst insolvent. Our comprehensive action plan aims for asset protection and to enable the business to continue operations.
What's in It for You
At Kinross Kelly, we work closely with company accountants and in some circumstances specialist lawyers, offering a preferred alternative to insolvency practitioners. Our main objective is to save and help companies before it's too late. We act on behalf of major organisations through to SMEs and individuals with debts from $10,000 to $Millions.

Tanya Johnson's experience
In the course of my life, I have been fortunate to encounter a few serendipitous opportunities that have had a profound impact on my journey. One such instance was when Justin Fox who had previously assisted me in managing my debt in my early twenties, unexpectedly re-entered my life at a critical moment 20 years later. At the time, I was facing a daunting situation, having received a DPN notice and being given only five days to consider entering Voluntary Administration. With no prior knowledge of the process, I was faced with the daunting prospect of either liquidating my assets or pursuing VA.

This experience was emotionally challenging, forcing me to confront my self-worth and question my ability to navigate such a difficult situation. However, I was determined to persevere and find a way to move forward, not only for my own sake, but also for the sake of my family, our employees, and the participants we serve.

In hindsight, I am grateful that we did not opt for liquidation, and instead chose to persist and continue our operations. This resilience was not only a personal triumph, but also a testament to the strength and determination of our organisation.

As only less than 5% will come out of Voluntary Administration into a DOCA with the company handed back to the director.
I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to reconnect with Justin Fox and to have spent time with him and his network over the past few days. This experience has been a valuable reminder of the importance of relationships and the power of human connection in overcoming adversity.
So if you are in the same position in your business and needing the right advisor, I highly recommend Justin!
